Provides legal advice to the Board on animal welfare and advocacy, with a specialized focus on animal cruelty. Retired Deputy District Attorney, Sacramento County, Animal Cruelty Prosecution Unit and Task Force

Responsible for maintaining contact lists, ensuring effective communication with community members. Manages incoming inquiries and oversees the creation and distribution of newsletters to keep the community informed and engaged.
